oktoberfest.pp.convert_d_to_hdf(d_dir, output_file)

Convert d to hdf format.

This function converts spectra within a d folder from a mass spectrometry run into hdf format.

Parameters:

• d_dir (Union[str, Path]) – Path to d folder with spectra to be converted to hdf format

• output_file (Union[str, Path]) – Path to the location where the converted spectra should be written to
